Sehubungan dengan Surat Kepala BKN Nomor : K.26-30/V.169-2/99 Tanggal 28 Agustus 2009 Perihal Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Formasi Tahun Anggaran 2009, dan berdasarkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara Selaku Ketua Tim Pelakasan Pusat Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tingkat Nasional Nomor 30 Tahun 2007 tanggal 27 Agustus 2007 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan PengadaanCalon Pegawai Negeri Sipil, maka Pemerintah Daerah Kota Batam akan menerima Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah dari Pelamar Umum Tahun Anggaran 2009.

A. PERSYARATAN UMUM

1. Persyaratan Umum yang harus dipenuhi oleh setiap pelamar adalah :
a. Warga Negara Indonesia
b. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan ;
c. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta ;
d. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai calon/Pegawai Negeri ;
e. Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan keterampilan yang dipersyaratkan ;
f. Berkelakuan baik ;
g. Sehat jasmani dan rohani ;
h. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah ;
i. Tidak menjadi pengurus dan/atau anggota partai politik ; dan
j. Syarat lain yang ditentukan dalam persyaratan jabatan.

2. Syarat usia Pelamar
a. Berusia paling rendah 18 (delapan belas) Tahun dan paling tinggi 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada 1 Januari 2010.
b. Khusus Tenaga Guru, Tenaga Kesehatan dan Tenaga Penyuluh dapat berusia paling tinggi 40 tahun bagi yang bekerja pada instansi pemerintah atau lembaga swasta yang Berbadan Hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional, secara terus menerus paling kurang 5 (lima) tahun pada 17 April 2002.
c. Usia Pelamar ditentukan berdasarkan tanggal kelahiran yang tercantum pada Ijazah ;

B. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
1. Pendaftaran
1. Pengiriman Lamaran dilakukan melalui Pos Ekspres ( Tercatat ) di Kantor Batam, yang ditujukan Kepada Yth. Walikota Batam melalui Sekretaris Daerah Kota Batam Jl.Engku Putri No.1 Batam Centre, dan disebelah kiri atas ditulis jenis formasi yang akan diajukan. Berkas
lamaran dimasukan dalam amplop TERTUTUP dan dalam satu amplop hanya terdapat satu berkas lamaran, mulai dari tanggal 31 Oktober 2009 sampai dengan tanggal 14 November 2009 (stempel pos terakhir tanggal 14 November 2009)
2. Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirim satu kali berkas lamaran dan mendaftar hanya untuk satu Formasi Jabatan, dan apabila melamar lebih dari satu Formasi akan dibatalkan.

CPNSD se-Jateng Oktober 2009

Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah bersama 22 Kabupaten/ Kota se Jawa Tengah, pada formasi tahun 2009 menyelenggarakan Pendaftaran Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Daerah (CPNSD) secara on line system.

On line system dalam pendaftaran CPNSD dikandung maksud untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan akses informasi mengenai pengadaan CPNSD. Dengan pendaftaran on line system calon pesera seleksi pengadaan CPNSD dapat mendaftarkan diri pada formasi yang dibutuhkan/lowong melalui internet baik dari rumah, warnet, kantor dan lain sebagainya, sehingga calon peserta seleksi pengadaan CPNSD mendapatkan kemudahan dalam melihat formasi yang dibutuhkan/lowong, sehingga mudah melakukan pendaftaran.

Disamping itu, calon peserta pada saatnya juga akan dapat secara cepat dan mudah untuk melihat hasil yang berkualitas dengan kelulusan seleksi. Namun demikian, Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah masih memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk mendaftarkan melalui Pos, tidak harus lewat Internet. Dengan demikian, diharapkan proses pengadaan CPNSD tahun 2009 ini dapat berlangsung secara transparan, netral, obyektif dan adil. 2. Persyaratan Akademis untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
Berijazah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri/Swasta. Memiliki Ijazah/Surat Hasil Ujian Nasional untuk mata pelajaran Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris lebih dari atau sama dengan 7,00 (tujuh koma nol nol) dan nilai tersebut bukan hasil pembulatan.
3. Usia :
a. Berusia setinggi-tingginya 32 tahun per tanggal 1 Januari 2010 untuk tingkat Sarjana;
b. Berusia setinggi-tingginya 25 tahun per tanggal 1 Januari 2010 untuk tingkat Diploma III
c. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 20 tahun per tanggal 1 Januari 2010 untuk tingkat SMK
4. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri Sipil; Calon/Anggota TNI; Calon/Anggota Kepolisian.
5. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Anggota Tentara Nasional Indonesia/Anggota Kepolisan Negara, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.

III. PENDAFTARAN
1. Pendaftaran Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPK-RI dilaksanakan dengan mekanisme sebagai berikut :
a. Mengisi Formulir Lamaran yang tersedia secara online mulai tanggal 8 Oktober 2009 sampai dengan tanggal 16 Oktober 2009 pada laman CPNS BPK-RI http://cpns.bpk.go.id untuk memperoleh bukti registrasi pendaftaran yang print out-nya harus dilampirkan bersama dengan berkas lamaran.
b. Mengirimkan Berkas Lamaran yang dilampiri print out bukti registrasi pendaftaran dan diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 22 Oktober 2009 serta ditujukan kepada :
