Specific Requirements : 1. Has an experience at least for 2 years as microfinance unit leader or 1 years as cluster manager and has experience in opening microfinance unit

Unit Manager (UM)
Specific Requirements : 1. has an experience at least for 1 years in the same positions or 3 years experience as sales / credit officer and familiar with condition of local area

Cluster Credit Officer (CCO)
Specific Requirements : Has an experience at least for 2 years as Cluster Credit Officer or Flying Credit Officer in micro finance

Credit officer (CO)
Specific Requirements : Has an experience at least for 2 years as Credit OFficer in micro finance

Sales Officer (SO)
Specific Requirement : Having a good selling skills and extensive networking.

Teller (TL)

Assessor Senior (Penaksir Emas)
Specific Requirements : Has an experience at least for 2 years as Assessor Senior

Compliance and Control Office (C&C)
Specific Requirements : Has an experience at least for 2 years as auditor / internal control / quality control in micro finance

General Qualifications

1. Male / Female, S1/D3 graduates, max age 35 years odl (UM), 40 years old (CM), 30 years old (CO, SO, CCO, C&C) and 27 years old for Teller
2. Have a good knowledge in banking and has a good level of analyst
3. Has the skill to use computer
4. Highly motivated and love the challenge
5. Having a good personality
